The result is an exciting opportunity to join our Forensic Accounting and Valuation Services team as a Director in a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results.

The Role:

  • Directly involved in client engagements
  • Provide property valuation analyses, prepare SOW, and create project budgets,
  • Responsible for completion of engagements from set-up to completion,
  • Conduct physical inspections of properties for valuation purposes,
  • Multi-task effectively on multiple engagements,
  • Prepare reports and other communications that are client ready,
  • Communicate and resolve questions or inquiries from clients,
  • Attain revenue objectives,
  • Manage and mentor valuation staff and participate in recruitment,
  • Utilize in-house and third-party software to include Microsoft Suite and others,
  • Work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with Managers and Staff on projects is essential,
  • Assist in the development and execution of our strategy to grow the FAVS practice throughout the world,
  • Exposure to Managing Directors and Principals of Fortune 500 clients,
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Knowledge of replacement cost values development, the financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills, particularly to large and small audiences.
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint with ability to learn applicable valuation software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to team members.
  • Conduct client research using the internet and other applicable sources.
  • Function responsibly within a corporate environment.
  • Professional integrity regarding self-motivation and accepting responsibility for growth and development, as well as meeting deadlines and honoring commitments.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, not required.
  • Travel required particularly for large projects (anticipate approximately 50% of time for mostly domestic travel, but with the ability to travel internationally)
