Description
El Rol
• Consolidar y relacionar datos de distintas fuentes/sistemas construyendo bases comparables para análisis.
• Hacer data mining y análisis crítico para detectar inconsistencias, datos atípicos y levantar alertas.
• Monitorear la operación diariamente mediante reportes, métricas e indicadores con visión end to end del negocio.
• Construir dashboards en Power BI para seguimiento y alertamiento, y escalar oportunamente hallazgos relevantes.
• Impulsar mejora continua: proponer recomendaciones y cambios a procesos a partir de insights, cuestionando la información.
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
• 2 a 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares (análisis de datos, proyectos de mejora, reporting).
• Excel avanzado (indispensable)
• Inglés intermedio: deseable
• Autonomía y proactividad para proponer mejoras
