About this role
The role supports implementation and integration of client-focused digital capabilities and coordination of digital adoption campaigns. It aids delivery of Risk Intelligence Central (RIC) and RiskIQ analytics dashboards and assists with business development for external partnerships. The role will be part of the Global Growth team, reporting directly to the GB CRB and GLOB Business Development Director – Digital (BDD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge and support between BDD role, client teams, marketing, and Client Technology to ensure commercial priorities are reflected in go to market activities.
- Enable design and execute digital adoption campaigns tailored to client segments – a continuation and amplification activity of what currently BDD is undertaking.
- Work with BDD to facilitate the ongoing sales and client teams with digital narratives, case studies, and RFP content after strategies have been placed.
- Work with BDD to organise and facilitate demos, workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions, enabling fasting scaling and time to going live.
- Gather and analyse feedback from business development activities to inform marketing strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Digital Adoption: % increase in RIC and analytics tool usage across client segments (multinational, mid market, SME), Number of clients onboarded to digital platforms per quarter
- Sales Enablement: further support to win rate improvement in RFPs/tenders with digital narratives included, Number of sales/BD team members trained on digital value propositions
- Client Engagement: enable and support digital workshops/events delivered, Client satisfaction/NPS scores post-engagement with network clients
- Marketing Impact: engagement rates for digital campaigns (open/click rates, event attendance), Number of new business opportunities generated via digital enablement
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree a must
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or another related field desired
- Risk Management certification is good to have
Experience
- 8 - 10 yrs overall experience with at least 5 years experience in sales /bid management or knowledge management
- Insurance knowledge mandatory
- Experience working on RFP in insurance industry or domain preferred
- General insurance knowledge & international market exposure
