Il Ruolo
CLAIMS HANDLER
La risorsa, inserita nella sede di Roma Claims Dept, si occuperà della gestione di sinistri Motor (RCA e CVT) legati alle coperture di garanzia di clienti pubblici e privati italiani e internazionali.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Fornire assistenza al cliente e raccolta della documentazione necessaria alla denuncia del sinistro
- Analizzare tecnicamente le denunce di sinistro
- Verificare le garanzie di polizza
- Caricare i dati nel gestionale sinistri
- Denunciare il sinistro agli assicuratori
- Seguire la gestione del sinistro interfacciandosi con gli stakeholders (cliente, compagnia, liquidatore, periti) sino alla chiusura
- Predisporre statistiche sinistri
Qualifications
I Requisiti
- Diploma (Laurea in Giurisprudenza preferibile, ma si valutano anche candidature con esperienza e competenze in linea con il ruolo)
- Pragmatismo e orientamento al risultato
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
