Join us as a Client Service Advisor within our Corporate Risk and Broking line of business, based in our Dublin office and working in a hybrid environment.

We are now seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients by performing the broking role and delivering a high standard of client service that supports our objectives across Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.

The Role

  • Perform the broking role for an assigned portfolio of clients, managing renewals, claims, mid‑term adjustments and all client queries.
  • Deliver excellent client service in a responsive, efficient and friendly manner, ensuring all deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of each client's business, culture and insurance needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and enhance existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial insurer relationships.
  • Follow all company procedures for renewals, new business, documentation and administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, company and market standards at all times.
  • Participate in internal project work and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues, assisting in the resolution of client or placement issues.
  • Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of local and offshore teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for WTW, demonstrating our purpose, values and client‑centric culture.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification (or working toward completion).
  • Previous experience in insurance broking or within an insurer.
  • A strong client‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and responsibility early on.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with IT systems.
