Description
El Rol
Liderar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del SG-SST.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y lineamientos corporativos.
Identificar, evaluar y controlar riesgos laborales.
Gestionar incidentes, accidentes y acciones correctivas.
Coordinar programas de vigilancia epidemiológica y bienestar.
Liderar comités COPASST, Convivencia y Seguridad Vial.
Gestionar la documentación y evidencias del sistema.
Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
- Profesional en SST o carreras afines.
- Licencia vigente en SST.
- Certificación SG-SST vigente.
- Conocimiento de normativa colombiana en SST.
- Mínimo 5 años en SST.
- Experiencia liderando SG-SST.
- Competencias: Gestión del riesgo, planeación y organización, comunicación efectiva, orientación al cumplimiento, trabajo colaborativo, mejora continua.
