Description
Support the delivery of the agreed upon service to the client(s)/stakeholder(s). Provide operational/transactional support including, record keeping, transition processing, and managing other transactional-based services. For transaction-based positions, work requests are typically not received directly from the client but rather through a predefined system or on a predefined schedule. Interaction with the client may be limited to receiving data, e-mails or collecting predefined data. Responsible for upholding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking volumes, auditing and processing transactions, and achieving a high level of client/stakeholder satisfaction. Works closely with Client Relationship Managers or Operational Managers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)/stakeholder(s).
The Role
Overview of the role:
- Property & Casualty Output team associates provide data & pre-placement client deliverable support to the retail offices and work along with offices to develop exposure workbooks, side-by-side document, submission document & final proposals
- Policy Services – Process requests from assigned business markets pertaining to the following sub-processes: Policy Checking, Audits, Endorsements, and triage related tasks
- Creatives team – Identifying irregularities, providing analysis, creating visual references such as charts, graphs, and summaries – for a number of Property and Casualty clients and/or assigned stakeholder(s) from specific business markets
- Seamless communication flow between onshore business partners and the Manila Service Center. Regular interaction with Client Service Managers or Placement Specialists via call/email to ensure the activities are duly actioned within the expected SLAs
- To ensure proactive management of queries and steps taken to manage/follow up and conclude them
- If applicable: Ensure that you get certified as CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative – i.e. National Alliance training clearance) in-case chosen & on-boarded
- Meet the Key Performance Indicator targets required for Policy Services
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Insurance Background & knowledge on Insurance related products
- Prior experience in data interpretation, analytical or complex processes (e.g. decision making to be done, work with highly variable work inputs etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, particularly Word & Excel
- Possesses a keen eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills/Excellent team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to follow-through and deliver to expectations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing work environment
- Able to take on work challenges necessary to address business needs
- Willing to work in Night Shifts as per North America hours
- Open to a hybrid work arrangement (will report onsite 8 - 12x monthly), with the expectation of full on-site presence during training or for the first six months
- Work Experience: 1-5 years (Experience in Insurance Industry preferable)
- Educational Qualification: College Graduates (at least 4-year course) & Post Graduates
