Description

Join WTW's Cyber & TMT team and help organisations navigate an increasingly complex cyber risk landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large, complex, and multinational clients, partnering with leading insurers and underwriters across the London Market while contributing to the growth of a high-performing and collaborative business.

You'll combine an all-inclusive client service, market engagement, and commercial acumen to support portfolio growth, develop innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. As your career progresses, you will have the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities, strengthen your leadership capabilities, and help develop the next generation of talent within the team.

The Role

  • Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of large and complex Cyber and Technology clients.

  • Build strong partnerships with clients, insurers, underwriters, and key market stakeholders.

  • Coordinate renewals, placements, and servicing activities to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

  • Prepare high-quality market submissions, presentations, and placement documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to support client retention, portfolio growth, and new business development.

  • Monitor market trends, cyber risk developments, and insurer appetite to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues.

  • Contribute to the development of team capability and, over time, be expected to coach and support junior colleagues as part of your professional growth and progression.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Experience within insurance broking, underwriting, account management, or a comparable client-facing insurance role, typically gained over four or more years.

  • Experience working with insurers, underwriters, and clients across the London or international insurance markets.

  • All-Inclusive organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for supporting portfolio growth and business development initiatives.

  • A strong professional network and confidence engaging with clients, insurers, and market partners.

  • Spanish language capability would be highly advantageous given our international client base and collaboration across Latin America; other language skills are also welcomed.
