In this role you will identify opportunities to elevate our technology presence and develop a strong visual identity whilst adhering to brand guidelines. Shape our creative direction and influence how we execute our technology strategy and reinforce the narrative around technology change.  

Through powerful storytelling in PowerPoint, the analyst will help shape the way the organization understands its priorities, celebrates progress, and embraces new ways of working.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and strategy, and who can transform ideas into visuals that inspire decision-making and drive engagement. 

 

The role will:

  • Creative Storytelling: Develop strategic presentations that go beyond slides - using design principles, visual hierarchy, and interactive elements to create a narrative flow that captures attention and drives understanding.
  • Partner closely with technology leaders and senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into compelling visual narratives
  • Craft executive-level PowerPoint presentations that articulate the vision, objectives, and roadmap of technology and change programs in a way that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Develop storyboards and structured messaging frameworks that align with organizational goals and support leadership in communicating complex strategies simply and persuasively
  • Content management in SharePoint, and elevating the presentation of Technology pages. Understanding of optimal UX principles and content hierarchies would be an advantage
  • Be responsible for defining visual campaign elements and the producing digital material you must show extensive experience producing creative content and an understanding of digital solutions
  • Be able to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that resonate across our global population and varied audiences
  • Act as a trusted advisor to change managers and project leads, ensuring communication materials align with our Global Technology strategy and resonate with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Essential skills/experience

  • ­­5+ years of relevant experience in similar global roles, size, scale and with technology element

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, busy and pressurised environment

  • Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to quickly pick up new projects, take a pragmatic approach to deliver change management outcomes and inject pace in projects

  • Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills and structured approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team and support other team members

  • Confident, proactive, energetic with solid influencing skill. 

 

Visual Design Expertise

  • In depth knowledge of Power Point design

  • Proficient in Adobe CS and other industry-standard video production tools that complement content creation (example: Blender, Cinema4D, Camtasia)

  • Ability to create visually compelling presentations that tell a clear story

  • Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, iconography, layout)

  • Experience in simplifying complex concepts into digestible visuals for senior stakeholders

  • Adherence to brand guidelines for consistency in tone, color palette, fonts, and visual identity.

 

Communication & Storytelling

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical or analytical insights into business-friendly narratives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

  • Experience in creating executive-level summaries and visual storytelling.

 

Change Management Knowledge

  • Understanding of organizational change principles and frameworks.

  • Ability to align communication materials with change strategies and stakeholder needs.

 

Technical & Collaboration Skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, analysts, and business leaders.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

 

Desirable Skills

SharePoint & Intranet Site Management

  • Ability to design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites for change communication

  • Skilled in creating intuitive navigation, document libraries, and content layouts

  • Experience in managing permissions and ensuring secure access for stakeholders

  • Knowledge of integrating Power BI dashboards and other dynamic content into SharePoint pages

  • Apply WTW brand guidelines to intranet sites, ensuring consistent look and feel across all pages

 

 

Video Planning & Production

  • Ability to develop storyboards and scripts that align with strategic messaging

  • Skilled in planning and creating videos

  • Understanding of visual storytelling principles for short, impactful videos

  • Familiarity with basic video editing tools (e.g., Cinema4D) for engaging content

  • Knowledge of brand compliance to ensure videos reflect organizational tone and identity
