Le rôle

Le/la Directeur(trice) de Clientèle est responsable de la gestion et du développement d’un portefeuille de clients grands comptes. Il/elle assure la satisfaction client, la rentabilité des comptes et contribue activement à la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise.

Missions principales

  • Prendre en charge la responsabilité des grands comptes (complexité, spécificité ou organisation du compte) et développer le chiffre d’affaires tout en assurant la rentabilité.
  • Gérer son portefeuille clients : organisation, culture, environnement économique, métiers, risques, besoins, relations avec les concurrents et le marché.
  • Analyser les opportunités de développement et préparer un plan d’action commercial annuel en lien avec les objectifs fixés.
  • Contribuer au maintien et au développement des affaires (clients existants et prospects).
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les interlocuteurs clés chez les clients.
  • Mettre son expérience et sa connaissance des expertises internes au service des équipes pour favoriser le développement.
  • Proposer des services sur mesure adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Identifier les signaux d’alerte émis par les clients et assurer leur suivi.
  • Veiller au bon suivi des affaires par l’équipe client.
  • Favoriser la transversalité au sein du groupe.
  • Assurer la qualité des bilans et perspectives annuels.
  • Coordonner l'activité des chargés des comptes et gestionnaires sinistres impliqués sur chaque dossier.

Qualifications

Les Exigences

  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de comptes clients grands comptes.
  • Expertise professionnelle en gestion des risques, courtage et assurances des personnes.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Connaissance approfondie des acteurs clés chez les clients et sur le marché de l’assurance.
  • Capacité à conseiller, négocier à haut niveau (y compris à l’international), mobiliser des équipes projets et s’exprimer en public.
  • Leadership, sens du service client, esprit d’analyse et orientation résultats.
