Description

This role is a key revenue-generating position within CRB P&C. The incumbent is responsible for delivering team revenue targets while providing coaching and guidance to junior team members. 

The Role: 

1. Serve existing clients of both global referral client and local indigenous client, maintain high quality and professional service according to company standard and procedure so as to make sure no compliant from client. 

2. Maintain and strength client relationship, develop new and expanded business opportunities in ultimate purpose of profitability of the company, prompt crossing-selling within insurance broking team and by cooperating with other Business Units, generate crossing selling opportunities annually 

3. Keep cost-saving sense in mind, control T&E expenses. Proactively monitor and chase up age of account receivables in a timely and traceable manner to minimize bad debit risks. 

4. Ensure all businesses are in complying with laws, regulations and rules set by external regulators, and internal compliance requirements. 

5. Ensure the accuracy of business forecast, monthly actual revenue should be consistent to the data from internal system every month. 

6. Follow the end-to-end insurance broker process to adequately meet internal policies and procedures. 

7. Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members. Ability to improve team performance through knowledge sharing.

8. Comply with the company rule. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

  1. College degree or above, preferably majoring in Insurance, Law, Finance, International Trade, Economics or Risk Management. 

  2. 8 to 15 years of insurance relevant working experience. 

  3. Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. 

  4. Good communication skill and open minded. 

  5. Details oriented and highly sensitive to data, the solid EXCEL / POWER POINT skill is a must. 

  6. Capabilities to deliver independently with reliable performance.
