The Work & Rewards practice helps organizations unlock value by designing and delivering reward strategies that drive performance, engagement, and long-term growth. Our consultants partner with clients to align work and rewards with business objectives, leveraging market-leading data, analytics, and digital tools. As a Director in our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements and developing business opportunities across a range of industries. You will act as a coach and mentor, contributing to the growth and performance of our teams.
In WRC our core service offering covers job levelling, job architecture, skills architecture, career frameworks, reward strategy, design of reward programmes, processes and policies, pay equity and transparency, workforce analytics, incentive design, performance management and pay for performance. Please note this is not an exhaustive list.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Lead discovery discussions to generate new business opportunities with our selected target clients within the Multinational Cluster, develop and deliver proposals.
Serve as the primary W&R Consultant leading client projects to deliver client objectives
Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g. with Heads of Reward, Reward Managers, Heads of Talent etc) to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Project Leadership
Oversee the delivery of multiple complex projects ensuring profitability, associate engagement, and client satisfaction.
Partner strategically with clients to develop innovative approaches to solving their HR, reward, talent and business challenges.
Provide high-quality consulting advice and effective communications of findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
Team Development & Leadership
Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
Contribute to building diverse teams and developing departmental plans and strategies.
Serve as a role model for WTW's values, promoting teamwork and commitment to client satisfaction.
Thought Leadership & Brand Visibility
Contribute to the development and execution of the go to market strategy for the cluster.
Support and role model in building bridges/connections between our three practices, enabling us to go to market as one W&R.
Integration of Emerging Technologies: Our digital roadmap emphasizes the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance our consulting capabilities. By leveraging these tools, we aim to deliver more insightful and data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Enhance WTW's external visibility through drafting articles and participating in conferences.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of design-oriented experience in consulting or a consultative corporate environment, focused on WRC disciplines.
- Strong understanding of rewards programs and processes, with a proven track record in the Benelux, Nordics, or Switzerland markets.
- Affinity with digital tools and AI.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present effective solutions.
- Strong project management capabilities and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional local languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
