Description
With more than 150 years of risk expertise, WTW helps clients understand, quantify and manage risk. Within our Corporate Risk & Broking division, the Climate and Catastrophe Analytics team focuses on physical climate and natural catastrophe risk, combining hazard science, geospatial analytics and financial modelling to support underwriting, portfolio management, risk transfer and resilience planning. You will help clients identify, quantify and manage acute and chronic physical climate hazards that can affect assets, operations, supply chains and financial value.
You will apply industry‑recognized models and WTW data and analytics to translate hazard into decision‑ready metrics, including financial value at risk and adaptation options. You will collaborate across the region to deliver data‑led insights and exceptional service to clients in financial institutions, manufacturing, energy, transportation, real estate, construction and others.

Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
A natural problem solver with strong quantitative and critical‑thinking skills.
Comfortable with data, coding and statistical analysis. Python is preferred, SQL or R is useful.
A clear communicator who can explain complex ideas to non‑technical audiences.
Curious about climate science and catastrophe risk, with a growth mindset and a self‑directed learning approach across formal training, peer collaboration and independent study.
Academic: at least a second‑class upper or equivalent in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline aligned to physical climate and catastrophe risk.
Eligibility: a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
Professional Development:
You will have access to structured learning, knowledge sharing and on‑the‑job coaching across WTW’s climate and catastrophe community. Depending on your background and role requirements, we support progress toward relevant professional development and external credentials. For engineering graduates, development activities can align with steps commonly associated with Chartered Engineer recognition or, where appropriate, elements of Singapore Professional Engineer pathways. For analytics and science disciplines, support can include recognized equivalents in areas such as climate risk, geospatial or data, together with internal model training and technical upskilling.
Workstyles:
We operate a hybrid model that balances flexibility with meaningful in‑person collaboration. You will work with international teammates and a strong local team. Collaboration is organized around delivery and client timelines, providing practical mentoring, knowledge sharing and opportunities to engage with clients and brokers.
