Qualifications

Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:

  • A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind

  • Comfortable working with and analysing numbers

  • A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships

  • Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge

  • At least a second-class upper degree from a recognized university in any discipline, with strong performance in Mathematics or Statistics related subjects.
  • A citizen or permanent resident of Singapore

 

Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.

 

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
