The Role
In this exciting role as an Analyst within the Actuarial Delivery Group (also referred to as the ADG), you will contribute, as part of a team, in the areas of retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk and financial management for all types of retirement plans including defined benefit, defined contribution and retiree medical. Given the size and complexity of our client portfolio, you will have the opportunity to support diverse projects that help organizations align their retirement programs to their company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, with heavy quantitative emphasis such as majors in mathematics and statistics with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Seeking candidates who are not interested in writing future actuarial exams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s and Master's degree between May 2026 through August 2027
- Completion of Summer 2026 WTW internship
