Qualifications
Training will be provided.
Hours will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday
The Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, mathematics, statistics, finance, or another quantitative field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-related work.
- Strong skills in mathematics, data analysis, or Proxy work is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise, particularly in database management.
- Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment late May – mid August, opportunity to extend for select individuals.
- Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Remote role.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are included in accordance with various state/local pay transparency legislation. Base salaries may vary based on factors including location, competencies, education, certifications, qualifications, experience, performance, and revenue generation potential.
- Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $24-$25/hr. This role is also eligible for overtime.
