El Rol
•    Atender puntualmente el proceso de altas, bajas y endosos.
•    Solicitar facturas a la aseguradora y tramitar el pago en cobranza.
•    Ingresar documentación para comprobación de devoluciones y cobranza.
•    Envío de reportes mensuales y presentación de siniestralidad con el detalle personalizado WTW.
•    Contacto con la aseguradora, talleres y agencias.
•    Solicitar estatus de siniestro y dar seguimiento a las valuaciones, inventario de refacciones, reparación de unidades, liberación de deducible y entrega de unidad.
•    Realizar los trámites necesarios para pérdidas totales.
•    Solicitar estatus de siniestro y dar seguimiento hasta la entrega de unidad.
•    Seguimiento a la reparación y fecha compromiso de entrega.

Qualifications

Los Requerimientos
•    Licenciatura concluida (Preferentemente Administración, Actuaria, Mercadotecnia, Economía, Psicología, Contaduría).
•    Deseable manejo del idioma inglés.
•    Conocimiento en seguros de automóviles, motocicletas y equipo pesado (Condiciones generales y siniestros).
•    Experiencia trabajos anteriores preferentemente en Broker (3 años o más).
•    Idealmente Certificación de la CNSF cédula A, B.
