The Role – Shared Service Executive 

This would be a part of the Shared Services function and is responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and timely administrative and operational support to Program Managers and their servicing teams. The position ensures smooth execution of contractor enrolment activities, insurance data management, and adherence to client, carrier, and regulatory requirements.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high‑quality service standards, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process efficiency across the program lifecycle.

 

Requirements 

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Forms, Teams, OneNote, Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint including
  • Proficiency in SharePoint including site setup, configuration and design changes including folders and tagging files and managing user permissions
  • Proficiency documentation skills such as log updates in tracking logs, always take meeting notes, update relevant trackers and prep before meetings.
  • Proactively monitor tasks delegated by the stakeholders to ensure they are achieved within agreed deadlines. 
  • Co-ordinating with Cross Functional Teams to ensure deliverables are met. 
  • Able to secure resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project outcomes.
  • Should be able to coordinate and maintain cordial relationship with all members of the team. 
  • Team engagement, collaboration with other colleagues/peers and broader team. Being engaged and present during meetings and calls. 
  • A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and preparation skills including being aware daily and weekly responsibilities and meetings and showing up prepared and ready to engage in the discussion.
  • Work involves handling confidential information requiring discretion on the employee's part.

 

Qualifications

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Project Management skills
  • Stakeholder Management (Onshore/Offshore)

 

Qualification & Experience:

 

Graduate of any discipline

2 – 3 years of relevant Admin support/Executive Assistant experience.

Experience in handling geographically diverse global stakeholders- (Preferable United States/United Kingdom)
