Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding and energetic Private Equity and M&A team as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the team, supporting the client facing service team with their day-to-day role of providing support and services to some of the most prestigious clients in the industry, helping to deliver our exciting growth strategy, within a strong and collaborative team working closely with all lines of business and geographies. The candidate will work closely, at least initially, with existing EA resource in D&O who currently supports M&A, PE and D&O.
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional Executive Assistant support to the team that support a portfolio of prestigious clients. This role would suit an experienced EA with excellent communication, organizational and IT skills with strong attention to detail.
The location for this role is hybrid and can be a mixture of home and London office based.
The Role :
- Arranging client meetings: including room bookings, refreshments and travel as required
- Assisting on documents, presentations and maintaining strategic databases – supporting on strategy, business plans, sales initiatives and marketing documents.
- Maintaining client documents on WTW’s platforms.
- Supporting on invoicing, assisting with preparation, formatting and finalization of key clients documents (e.g. meeting minutes – this role requires solid Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.)
- Arranging team meetings and events, onboarding new employees and clients
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material (must be proficient with Microsoft)
