        Description

        WTW’s Global Risk & Broking Division is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business.  This role goes far beyond traditional administrative duties and offers the opportunity to act as a trusted strategic partner to a team of mid and senior level executives (your clients).

        This remote position offers significant visibility, acting as the central hub for your clients.

        About the Role:

        • Deliver superior administrative and operational support to a team of mid-to-senior level executives in the Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business, a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
        • Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 
        • Organize large cross-departmental meetings requiring advanced scheduling and coordination.
        • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including monitoring itinerary changes and ensuring timely submission of expense reports.
        • Assist with email and communication management as required. 
        • Act as a trusted liaison, working closely with your client team members to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately.
        • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
        • Support the formatting and refinement of client deliverables, contracts, and other written communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality throughout.
        • Ensure compliance with company information security and data privacy policies when managing files and sensitive data.
        • Work on ad hoc projects and deliver to goal as requested.
        • This position reports directly to the Business Operations Lead. 
        • This position supports 3-7 mid-to-senior level professionals.

        Qualifications

        Qualifications:

        • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or workplace operations.
        • Demonstrated experience supporting mid-to-senior level professionals is strongly preferred.
        • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
        • Quick learner with a technology-first mindset.
        • Available to work Eastern Time Zone hours, flex across time zones and work overtime as needed.

        This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

         

        Compensation and Benefits 

        Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

         

        Compensation 

        The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $62,000.00 to $68,000.00. 

        This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
