Description

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including building maintenance, utilities, front of house, housekeeping and security. 
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all critical office equipment (Airconditioning system, FDAS, Access control, CCTV, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth delivery of site support services and maintain business continuity for FS operations during disruptions. 
  • Lead space planning, renovations, and workspace optimization initiatives to support business needs.
  • Develop track and manage the site facilities budget, including cost forecasting, reporting and variance analysis. 
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and company assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. 
  • Supervise a team of outsourced Integrated Facilities Management service providers. Conduct performance reviews and manage vendor relationships, contracts and service-level performance for all site-related FS services.  
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies (PEZA, DOLE, BOI, BFP, DENR, LTO etc) to maintain full regulatory compliance. 
  • Lead sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste management, and water conservation including monthly and periodic measurement and reporting. 
  • Support site-level workplace wellness programs. 
  • Oversee catering and hospitality services to maintain a positive workplace experience. 
  • Ensures a company and Departmental functions are in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the standards of internal organizations, vendors and regulations. 
  • Enables a safe work environment and ensures compliance with all applicable Safety and environment operating procedures through program management and documentation of key criteria in the evaluation of performance.  Ensures facility procedures comply will all statutory and regulatory requirements. 
  • Provide in-country site specific support to Global Security and Safety (GSS) who maintain corporate responsibility for security programs including but not limited to the colleagues badge program, access control, and Video Surveillance Systems, and Security Risk Review Program, other duties include managing WTW Key Controls, Policies and Procedure, the Site Emergency Response team (ERT), and the First Aid programs. 
  • Serve as liaiason with local building management and security officials for safety and security related issues.
  • Contributes to Global and Regional RE&WS initiatives including but not limited to Workplace strategy, Sustainability and Wellbeing (e.g. Inclusion and Diversity supporting Workplace).
  • With operations corporate background, understanding and collaboration of BCP planning, Disaster risk, Facilities, Space utilization, Occupational health and Security management

Qualifications

The Requirements:

  • Facilities Management Background
  • Project Management skills
  • Must have attention to detail and must be able to roll out global policies locally
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal customer service
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and ability to analyze data
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functions and stakeholders from other businesses
  • Background in Occupational Health and Safety and Business Continuity Planning
