El Rol
- Responsable de todo el personal de reclamos
- Responsable de la atención oportuna de los reclamos
- Cumplir con los informes mensuales que debe preparar todo su equipo de forma mensual
- Acompañamiento y visitas con clientes tanto por reclamos como apoyo al Equipo de Corporate Risk & Broking
- Preparar informes mensual
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
- Experiencia mínima de 5 en posiciones de reclamos y 10 años en la industria de seguros.
- Estudios Universitarios
- Buen conocimiento técnico y manejos de reclamos difíciles
- Experiencia con personal a cargo, buen manejo de estrés y trabajar bajo presión.
- Experiencia en Incendio, Todo Riesgo, Casco Barco, Transporte, líneas financieras, ramos técnicos, entre otros
- Dominio de Inglés preferible
- Licencia de Conducir
