About the team
Global Corporate Operations, brings together HR and Finance operations under a global centralized team with a common focus on delivering a simplified, digitally enabled, world class transformational experience to our business partners with the highest integrity and quality.
The Global Corporate Operations Knowledge Enablement Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of knowledge strategies to enable and enhance the skills and capabilities of colleagues across Global Corporate Operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of knowledge and learning principles and the ability to drive initiatives that support the organization's global objectives.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in knowledge enablement within a large global organization.
- Strong understanding of GBS and centralization strategies.
- Ability to move from technology capabilities to AI and automation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and knowledge driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage and motivate team members to optimize effectiveness and collaboration.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience executing innovative approaches.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated global, multicultural, and cross functional mindset.
- Strong change leadership and change management capabilities.
- Experience working in a shared services operations environment is a plus
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in any stream.
