Description
Performance Objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand the clients’ business needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service
- Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required
Negotiate optimum claims resolution with market and client by applying in-depth technical and market knowledge.
- Broke client claims according to set targets.
- Produce collection documents and collect funds from the market and pay funds to the client.
- Work closely and maintain strong working relationships with the team and market contacts as required
- Ensure compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements
Operational and Service Delivery
- Deliver high levels of client service in line with the standard operating procedures for client activity
- Proactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals for clients to ensure optimum client retention rates
Broking
- Ability to understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues
- Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market
- Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability
- Support relationships with underwriters in London and international markets
- Participate in information gathering exercises.

- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
- Strong practical knowledge of strategic account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
- Experienced knowledge of insurance globally in order to deal effectively with client needs
- Intermediate knowledge of Willis Towers Watson products and services and how these compare to competitor offerings
- Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
