Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our business in Sweden and Finland (approx. 220 employees). In this role, you will be the key HR partner for managers and employees, ensuring high-quality HR delivery aligned with local legislation and WTW’s global HR model.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious HR professional who enjoys operating in an international matrix organization. You are self-motivated, have a positive mindset and the ability to work independently with a drive for results.

Qualifications

The Role

You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and day-to-day HR topics while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards. 

The role reports into the Senior HR Director for the Nordics and Ireland and is a member of the Swedish country management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish and Finnish employment law and WTW policies
  • Support organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Partner with HR Services, Talent Advisory and Centres of Expertise
  • Support the implementation and delivery of global HR initiatives
  • Contribute to annual HR processes (e.g. salary review and succession planning)
  • Drive local engagement and wellbeing initiatives

 

About You

  • 5+ years of solid experience in a HR Generalist, Partner, Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law (Finnish knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience in working with CBA’s 
  • Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced, international matrix organization 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable navigating complex and sometimes challenging situations with diplomacy and sound judgement
