Description

The Role

 

Incident & Crisis Management Support

  • Support the coordination and facilitation of response activities during operational disruption events
  • Assist with incident communications, stakeholder updates, and response tracking
  • Maintain and update incident management playbooks, procedures, and documentation
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and lessons-learned activities
  • Operational Resilience & Continuity Activities
  • Conduct and support Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and continuity assessments
  • Assist with maintaining and improving Business Continuity / BC-DR plans
  • Support resilience testing initiatives, including tabletop exercises and simulations
  • Contribute to ongoing framework enhancements and process improvements

 

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with business, technology, risk, and compliance teams
  • Support cross-functional collaboration during exercises and incidents
  • Help ensure roles, responsibilities, and procedures remain clearly defined
  • Operational Readiness & Continuous Improvement
  • Support emergency notification tooling and data accuracy
  • Assist with reporting, metrics, and resilience program insights
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening incident response maturity

 

 

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Incident Management, or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting incident / crisis response activities within a matrix organization
  • Hands-on experience with BIA, BC/DR planning, or resilience testing
  • Familiarity with resilience frameworks, regulatory standards, or industry best practices (e.g., DORA, ISO 22301, NIST)

     

Preferred Experience

 

  • Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated environments
  • Exposure to resilience / continuity platforms (e.g., Fusion Risk Management or similar tools)
  • Professional certifications (CBCP, MBCI, DRI, etc.) a plus

Compensation and Benefits 

 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation 

 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $82,000.00-$92,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
