Description

WTW Certificate center is responsible for processing requests for Certificates of insurance and Auto ID cards for renewal, new accounts, midterm request. We manage 7K+ clients. 3-4.0 million certificates and auto ID cards processed annually.

Our dedicated Centres in Nashville, Tennessee; Manila, Philippines and Mumbai, India take care of new client set-up, renewals and midterm requests

 

Job Summary:

  • Issuance of certificate of Insurance, Auto ID cards midterm and renewals

  • Understand the client/office requirement, review guidelines for approval, process certificates using certificate processing systems and issue the certificate

  • Should be proficient to handle account set-up/acquisitions as required

  • Certified to process independently on complex accounts/work type

  • Actively participate in the cross-centre market huddles and provide update/insights

  • Flexible to work/move cross team within the process

  • Identify opportunities for account simplification and waste reduction

  • Engaging with Regional Manager and Client managers to streamline accounts and improve client metrics

     

Role Description and responsibility:

  • Deliver as per the KPIs defined for the role. To always maintain set Accuracy/quality, standards prescribed by the Business Unit. Manage volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirement.

  • Being apt in managing time sensitive work with high level of eye for detail and in collaboration with colleagues across geographies

  • Active engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of service to our clients

  • Schedule adherence and punctuality

  • To develop excellent understanding of Processing systems quickly

  • Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.

     

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

  • MS Office – Basic

  • Eye for detail

  • Passionate about quality
