The Role
Are you a qualified actuary looking to make a global impact? Join our market-leading IGS team and help multinational companies navigate the complexities of pensions and benefits across diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.
You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions for global clients, collaborating with colleagues across borders, and delivering innovative solutions that improve employee benefit outcomes worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead and support a wide range of international actuarial and consulting projects. Your work will span strategic advisory, global coordination, and business development, with opportunities to influence high-level decisions and drive meaningful change.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead global pension accounting consolidation projects under IFRS and/or US GAAP, including assumption setting, special event reporting, and disclosure preparation.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on benefit financing, governance, and risk management.
Coordinate diverse client teams to deliver advice on global and local employee benefit matters, including M&A, compliance, provider selection, and governance.
Partner with client relationship leads to identify and grow business opportunities.
Manage multi-country projects such as global benchmarking, total rewards alignment, and cost optimisation.
Champion the use of WTW technology to enhance client value.
Contribute to thought leadership and develop innovative methodologies.
Collaborate across functions and regions, representing the actuarial practice in firm-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
The Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
Fellowship-level actuarial qualification.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and preparing IFRS and/or US GAAP pension disclosures.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and influence strategic decisions.
Business development experience, including proposal creation and opportunity conversion.
Team leadership and mentoring experience.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and borders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred (but not essential):
Visible market presence (e.g., publications, speaking engagements).
Experience with WTW tools or similar platforms.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
