The role of Investment Performance Analyst will support the Client Service team and the other teams in the Investment line of bussines related to the performance of the pension plans of the clients. 

You will be an integral member of the Investment & Performance team, in which you will be the one to review the AUM of our client's pension plans and calculate the returns of all the plan accounts and also the return of the plan.

You will have the opportunity to provide a positive experience and drive outcomes for our discretionary clients by building knowledge of our processes and leveraging a deep bench of internal teams (Portfolio Managers, Client Leads, Operations, and Manager and Asset Research teams) and resources. You will be supported in the role to develop your performance calculation knowledge and enhance a broad range of communication and leadership skills. You will have exposure to the whole Investment process.

The Role

  • Collect all the necessary information from the client

  • Download or get the financial statements of the clients from the Custody.

  • Obtain all the information of the managers in which the client is invested.

  • Review the AUM of our clients' pension plan each month.

  • Calculate the returns of all the accounts of the plan and the total plan using the financial statements.

  • Support different business needs.

  • Have constant communication with the Client team to deliver a high-quality work to the client.

Qualifications

  • We expect candidates to demonstrate their interest in financial markets, institutional investing, and investment management.

  • We would like to see resourcefulness as well as a desire to expand investment knowledge.

  • We are looking for individuals who can combine project management and organizational skills with effective communication and collaboration.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and databases will be applied to our internal processes and systems.

  • You will be supported to think innovatively to evolve and improve our solutions. 

  • We are looking for candidates that thrive in an inclusive team-based working environment.

  • Proficient in oral and written English.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economy, Actuarial, Finances, Accountability or similar.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment operations, financial markets or a similar role.
