Description
- Support the KM Partner in driving the implementation of the Knowledge Management (KM) Strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives
- Provide administrative support to continually enable processes and tools for knowledge sharing, including the incentive mechanisms for boosting correct behaviors
- Support the management and periodic maintenance of knowledge repositories to ensure that information is current, accessible, and relevant ‒ Implement consistent policies and practices in the KM system pertaining to roles, responsibilities, access levels, workflows, metadata and other settings ‒ Coordinate with Creative Services around the creation and/or enhancement of materials, including determining the timeline/deadline and other requirements
- Regularly generate metrics and KPI reporting to help the KM Partner ensure effective KM implementation, and support the facilitation of continuous improvement opportunities
- Support the KM Partner in delivering training programs to equip colleagues with the skills needed to effectively manage and utilize knowledge resources
- Provide administrative support during periodic KM Audits
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in KM and work with the KM
- Partner to integrate relevant enhancements
- Self-regulate adherence to project timelines and defined workflows, including standards and practices for communication, responsiveness, quality, and timeliness
- Self-manage working files and folders for ongoing projects and completed work according to company standards
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience and technical skills
- Minimum 3-5 continuous years of experience as a KM professional supporting content for go-to-market, sales, technical product support
- Provable sharpness in analytical and problem-solving abilities in face of work-related challenges
- Provable experience in stakeholder management and assertive communication – exposure to stakeholders in various geographies is a plus
- Demonstrable strengths in project management – exposure to the creative production process is a plus
- Demonstrable excellence in verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiar with content management platforms such as Microsoft Share Point Online
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
- Collaborative mindset with a dedication to fostering a team-oriented environment
- Possesses high level of integrity towards maintaining ethical standards and practices, including protecting business and client confidentiality and data security
Schedule
- Willing to work on Mid shift (flexi with core hours of 3 PM to 12 AM), Monday to Friday, not including Philippine holidays
- Able to work remotely (with own reliable internet connection and conducive space for work) or onsite in our BGC office when required
