Legal Indemnities-Project Support
WTW is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Indemnities Project Support professional to join our team. This role will support the delivery of legal indemnity insurance projects, coordinating activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Potential for role to expand to broking responsibilities and future career path to legal indemnity broking.

The Role
- Support projects by handling key process requirements in a compliant manner, in particular client onboarding, creating key documentation, invoicing and policy follow-up
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the preparation, review, and management of client and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, legal professionals, and internal teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
• Basic knowledge of insurance preferred but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Ideally experience of working in an environment with short deadlines, high pressure and high expectations of client service
• Ability to analyse data and situations and provide recommendations to identify improvements or solutions
• Ideally experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery
• Mastery of standard IT systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience within insurance, legal, financial services, or professional services environments would be advantageous.
