Description

WTW is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our Corporate Risk Broking team in Serbia at Manager level. The role involves managing relationships with corporate clients, coordinating insurance broking activities and delivering practical, high-quality risk solutions in cooperation with local and international colleagues and insurance markets.

The Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality client service and long-term retention.

  • Lead and coordinate insurance broking activities, including identifying client needs, preparing insurance solutions, obtaining and analysing quotations, negotiating terms and presenting recommendations to clients.

  • Manage the placement, renewal and administration of non-life insurance programmes for corporate clients.

  • Liaise and negotiate with local and international insurers, reinsurers and WTW colleagues to secure appropriate coverage and competitive terms.

  • Coordinate policy documentation, invoicing, premium collection and other servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Support clients in the notification and handling of insurance claims and coordinate communication with relevant insurers and other parties.

  • Maintain complete and accurate client, placement and opportunity data in WTW systems and prepare required reports.

  • Contribute to new business development, client retention and achievement of the team’s commercial objectives.

  • Share knowledge and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.

Perform other duties consistent with the role, as assigned by the relevant manager or Country Management.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in insurance, reinsurance or insurance broking, preferably working with corporate clients.

  • University degree.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial non-life insurance products, insurance contracts and broking processes.

  • Ability to independently manage client relationships, priorities and the full broking and servicing process.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Client-focused approach, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and insurance markets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and ability to work effectively with business and client management systems.

An insurance brokerage licence is considered an advantage.
