About the role

Lead and Structure Casualty Insurance Programs
Lead the design and execution of complex casualty insurance programs tailored to clients’ unique risk profiles and strategic objectives. Structure innovative, cost-effective solutions that balance comprehensive coverage with long-term risk financing efficiency.

Build Trusted Client Relationships and Unlock Growth Opportunities
Develop strong, advisory-level relationships with key stakeholders by delivering strategic insight and consistent value. Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities that drive organic growth and deepen long-term partnerships.

Collaborate Across Teams to Deliver Integrated Solutions
Work closely with broking, analytics, claims, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven risk strategies. Align technical expertise across disciplines to create seamless, client-centered solutions with measurable impact.

Shape Go-to-Market Strategies Leveraging Global Expertise
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives that position differentiated solutions within priority industries and client segments. Leverage the global capabilities and intellectual capital of Willis Towers Watson to strengthen market presence and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years in casualty risk
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft-office and well versed with pivot with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose information insights to clients.
