Description
Summary
- Ensure delivery of a high qualiy client service to an assigned client portfolion in FINEX and promote new sales to achieve the sales target (new & renewal)
- Develop business focusing on key industries: Financial and Banking, Funds, FinTech, TMTs, International Groups and key products: Cyber, BBB&ECC
Key responsibilities
- Achieve new and renewal targets as assigned and agreed
- Manage overall client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuance and renewal cycle of FINEX Hanoi accounts mainly, supporting other country wide accounts at request
- Build client relationship, ensure a smooth client journey including but not limit to identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions; lead market research; lead bids, projects and strategies relating to insurance purchasing; recommendation to clients to improve their insurance program and risk transfer through insurance; coordinate with local and regional claim teams and other stakeholders to support claim settlement.
- Works closely with Finex Head and senior leaders to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
- Proactively conduct various way to find new business, build up & develop database of prospects (making cold calls, networking…)
- Deploy the sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
- Other tasks assigned by the Company
Qualifications
Qualifications
- University degree (Preferable on banking, insurance or laws)
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- At least 07 years of working experience in insurance/insurance broking
- In depth understanding of insurance concepts and consultancy process.
- In depth understanding of Finex markets, industries, cultures and clients
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong customer management and selling skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Knowledge of banking operational risks is an advantage
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese
