Qualifications

岗位职责:

1.协助全球数据咨询团队进行行业及人力资源趋势研究；

2.协助撰写专业的中英文报告和整理客户汇报材料；

3.根据调研及项目需求负责数据的整理、归类、分析及图像化；

4.协助咨询顾问进行细分行业市场和城市市场的分析与拓展研究，收集市场动向，分析整理客户情况。

职位要求:

1.3+年相关工作经验，优秀的英语读写能力；

2.具备数据分析能力，熟练运用Excel和数据图形化；

3.具有行业调研与分析的能力，能够搜集、整理资料、分析并撰写报告，善于编写PPT；

4.优秀的语言表达、严谨的逻辑思维、良好的沟通与协调能力；

5.对管理咨询事业有热情，能积极主动投入工作。
