Description
The Role
- Keep the international broker and/or client informed of all policy-related processes, in accordance with the service protocol for each account.
- Review and respond to emails within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Record and update information daily in the organization’s transactional systems and comply with corporate customer service standards, including policy issuance, billing, renewals, and policy delivery.
- Coordinate with the Claims team to review loss activity and issue periodic reports; monitor and support the progress of any ongoing claims.
- Continuously ensure that issuance, renewal, and endorsement processes are completed within the agreed timelines, in line with client and account instructions.
- Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients regarding all matters related to their policies.
- Visit clients for follow-up meetings, report presentations, training sessions, and portfolio maintenance, and prepare minutes of agreed actions.
- Complete all required forms for policy issuance and renewals.
- Review policy wording and specific conditions issued by insurers to ensure alignment with the instructions of the international broker and/or client.
- Use assigned resources efficiently (equipment, manpower hours, etc.).
- Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the organization and its clients.
- Manage the first collection notice at least 45 days prior to policy expiration.
- Process collections for policies centralized at Head Office.
- Coordinate and review quotations or renewal proposals for clients.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Fully manage the assigned Multinational Client Management portfolio, including planning and execution of multinational renewals, issuance of local policies, endorsements, collections, and delivery of documentation, ensuring compliance with global protocols and established timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date digital files for the Multinational Client Management portfolio, including KYC documentation and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and internal audit readiness.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Insurance Technician certification and/or Diploma in Business Administration or a university degree.
- Advanced English – mandatory and non-negotiable.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Technical knowledge in Property & Casualty and Financial Lines Insurance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Previous experience in customer service in brokeage industry
