The Role
Lead WTW’s Nordic Global Benefits Management business within Integrated & Global Solutions. This high-impact role combines market leadership, business development, client management and people leadership across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. As a visible senior representative of WTW, you will build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and help multinational organisations turn global benefits strategies into action.

- Lead priority pursuits and client relationships – Shape compelling value propositions, navigate complex commercial discussions and help teams convert major opportunities into long-term mandates. Act as executive sponsor for selected priority clients, protecting renewals, expanding relationships and maintaining continuity from the sales process through implementation and ongoing delivery.
- Connect the best of WTW – Bring together capabilities and people from different parts of WTW to address complex client needs across the Nordics and beyond.
- Ensure excellent delivery – Provide oversight across client engagements, helping teams deliver against agreed objectives, quality standards, budgets and timelines.
- Grow our people – Coach and mentor Nordic GBM colleagues, strengthen commercial capability, support succession planning and develop future leaders.
