Description
A Project Manager with Agile and Scrum Master experience is sought to lead pensions-related projects focusing on delivery from strategy through execution. The role involves coordinating teams, managing comprehensive project plans, communicating progress and risks, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and fostering collaboration. Candidates should have at least three years of solid project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, expertise in software development lifecycle and Agile practices, and proficiency with tools like MS Project and JIRA.
The Role

Agile Leadership:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile principles and servant leadership
Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
Ensure backlog grooming and sprint goals are aligned with product vision.

Project Management:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Excel
Manage risks, issues, and RAID logs.
Provide status reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate across multiple functional teams to resolve blockers
Resolve resource conflicts and foster team cohesion.
Lead planning workshops and facilitate decision-making.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Technical Competencies:
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Proficiency in Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile hybrid models and able to identify the best methodology between the 2 as the need arise.
- Highly experiences with software delivery, enhancements, and implementations.
- Strong documentation skills
