The Role
ASSOCIATE MANAGER-BROKING
(Project Manager – Affinity Business)
WTW Italia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Affinity team, with a primary focus on supporting one of our most strategic affinity clients.
The role is key to ensuring the effective management of ongoing business activities, project developments, and IT updates related to the dedicated client affinity platform, as well as supporting the delivery of new strategic initiatives that are critical to the growth of the Affinity business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination for projects related to the client affinity platform, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including business developments, system updates, and IT-related initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Affinity team, IT, Operations, Legal, Finance) and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support the ongoing management of the client relationship, contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, processes, and client requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of new affinity projects that are critical to business growth.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream initiatives.
- Solid understanding of IT platforms, digital solutions, and system updates.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
Languages
- Italian: Native or fluent proficiency.
- English: Good (written and spoken); essential for client interaction and internal collaboration within a global organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are considered a plus.
Based in Milan.
