The Role

Stakeholder management

• Maintain stakeholder relationship with high level of professionalism
• Support the production needs and expectations of stakeholders to contribute to their business success
• Prepares business reports on state of work, resourcing and utilization

Production management

• An effective and pro-active team leader that oversees the end-to-end process of creative production
• Contribute to the quality and delivery assessment of creative offerings such as, but not limited to,
graphic designs, layout, digital programming, video production, etc.
• Develop, review and enhance delivery strategies, production processes and other methods of working
• A multi-disciplinary production manager with emphasis on delivering team’s KPIs and performance objectives
• Serve as escalation point for any risks to quality and delivery, and manage mitigation and business continuity

Qualifications

The Requirement

3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and supervising the end-to-end production of diverse types of
creative materials, preferably in a corporate working environment with a high volume of projects
Provable experience in direct-client / stakeholder management and assertive communication – exposure
to stakeholders in various geographies is a plus
Provable strong background in project management – familiarity with project management tools such as
Jira and Workfront is a plus
Possesses a practical knowledge of the fundamentals of visual design and multimedia design
applications, including dynamics of the digital space
Provable strengths in English communication skills
Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative team setup
Highly values efficiency, quality and timeliness
Comfortable to work on mid-shift or night shift
