The Role

Stakeholder management


• Maintain stakeholder relationship with high level of professionalism
• Support the production needs and expectations of stakeholders to contribute to their business success
• Prepares business reports on state of work, resourcing and utilization


Production management


• An effective and pro-active team leader that oversees the end-to-end process of creative production
• Contribute to the quality and delivery assessment of creative offerings such as, but not limited to,
graphic designs, layout, digital programming, video production, etc.
• Develop, review and enhance delivery strategies, production processes and other methods of working
• A multi-disciplinary production manager with emphasis on delivering team’s KPIs and performance objectives
• Serve as escalation point for any risks to quality and delivery, and manage mitigation and business continuity

Qualifications

The Requirement

  • 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and supervising the end-to-end production of diverse types of
    creative materials, preferably in a corporate working environment with a high volume of projects
  • Provable experience in direct-client / stakeholder management and assertive communication – exposure
    to stakeholders in various geographies is a plus
  • Provable strong background in project management – familiarity with project management tools such as
    Jira and Workfront is a plus
  • Possesses a practical knowledge of the fundamentals of visual design and multimedia design
    applications, including dynamics of the digital space
  • Provable strengths in English communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative team setup
  • Highly values efficiency, quality and timeliness
  • Comfortable to work on mid-shift or night shift
