Description

The candidate will partner with business operation leaders to manage and drive Programs within the business across multiple geographies. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively deliver projects and meet stringent timelines.

 

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

· Project Planning:

o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

o Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

o Allocate resources and manage project budgets.

 

· Execution and Monitoring:

o Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

o Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

o Conduct regular status meetings with project teams.

 

· Stakeholder Management:

o Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

o Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

o Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

 

· Risk Management:

o Identify and manage project risks and issues.

o Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

 

· Quality Assurance:

o Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

o Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

 

· Governance management

o Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements

o Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Qualifications:

§ Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

o PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred

o Accounting background will be beneficial

 

Skills:

§ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

§ Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.

§ Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members.

§ Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation

§ Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result

§ Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop

actionable recommendation

§ Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones

Knowledge/Experience

§ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

§ Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion

§ Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members

§ Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation
