Description

The Role

 

•    Assess, enhance and maintain the Corporate Safety & Security Program to align and support the specific demands and requirements within the specific region(s)
•    Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with best practices and corporate objectives for application with assets in the region(s)
•    Responsible for the ongoing enhancement and implementation of global Safety & Security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure appropriate protection of executives, colleagues, travellers, visitors and assets.  
•    Monitor, audit and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the corporate safety & security program within the region(s), to include periodic site visits, reports and recommendations
•    Assist local and regional leaders and facilities managers in implementing and improving safety & security practices and responding to colleague and client inquiries
•    Coordinate with corporate partners on security related issues and concerns (e.g. legal, risk, HR)
•    Investigate all security incidents within the region(s) and ensure timely reporting, resolution and implementation of corrective actions for each incident
•    Provide subject matter expertise in physical security to enhance program effectiveness in the region(s) and broader company objectives
•    Operate as an integral part of the Facilities Services Teams and provide input to/support wider WTW activities

Qualifications

The Requirements

•    Significant subject matter expertise in corporate security within a client-focused professional services environment covering Physical security, OHS and Travel Risk management 
•    Program knowledge and expertise in corporate executive protection, incident management procedures as it relates to safety and security.
•    Business acumen and experience relating to Safety and Security all aspects of programmes to support organisational strategies
•    Experience in program development and implementation in large regional corporate environment as a relates to threats
•    Ability to work collaboratively with leadership navigating senior and c-level relationships successfully
•    Experience in program coordination across global organizations
•    An ability to balance risk, demand and business priorities
•    Knowledge of Regional OHS Specific Requirements
•    Knowledge of Travel Risk Management programs
•    skills and ability to assist key stakeholders in reaching satisfactory resolutions.
•    Knowledge of the fundamentals of Security Systems Integration
•    Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
•    Travel may be required for meetings, team initiatives or other project-related activities
•    Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g., MS Office and enterprise physical security systems)
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety and security team management capacity 
•    CPP, PSP Professional Certification(s) in Security required
•    An ability to lend expertise to Real Estate, Facility Services, Corporate Travel, Business Continuity and other related corporate initiatives

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000.00-$180,000.00 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
