The Opportunity
In our "Corporate Risk and Broking" division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients’ corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be oriented towards the fulfillment of objectives and to internal and external customer service.
What will you do?
To support the delivery of that strategy, you will be expected to:
- Design and develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that align with business objectives and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards that provide insights into operational performance
- Analyse data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify areas for improvement and increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT, to gather data sources and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards effectively.
- Assist in the creation and administration of user access to WTW client tools
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

Technical skills
- Power BI Desktop / Power BI Service: Mastery of report creation, dashboard, publishing, and sharing features.
- Power Query (M): Data transformation and cleansing using the Power Query editor.
- Data Modeling: Building star models, table relationships, hierarchy management, etc.
- Data Source Connectivity: Connection and usage of SQL databases, data lakes, Excel files, SharePoint, APIs, etc.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in reporting, ideally gained within a benefit consulting or brokerage firm, an insurance company, or an outsourcing environment focused on insurance or operational processes
- University degree, preferably in a discipline with a strong emphasis on mathematics or business
- Proficient in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes within set deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues independently
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to respond to a wide range of communications efficiently and professionally
- Committed to collaborative working, including taking ownership for quality and timely delivery of individual responsibilities, while engaging colleagues appropriately when required
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, seeking to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with each repetition of a task or service
