Description
The Role
The Sales Director – US Wealth is a senior sales leadership role responsible for supporting growth of WTW Investments’ wealth business across the United States. This role focuses on expanding distribution of WTW’s investment advisory, OCIO, delegated investment, and investment solution offerings to wealth managers, intermediaries, platforms, and strategic partners.
The Sales Director will originate, develop, and close new business opportunities, while working closely with investment specialists, research teams, product leaders, and broader US Investments sales and client management colleagues. The role plays a critical part in executing WTW’s US wealth growth strategy and building long-term, trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for WTW Investments across the US Wealth market, including wealth managers, RIAs, platforms, and strategic partners.
- Originate and manage a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities, from initial engagement through closing and onboarding.
- Represent WTW’s full range of investment capabilities, including OCIO, private equity, alternatives, and specialist fund and portfolio offerings.
- Partner closely with investment specialists, research teams, and product leaders to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that address client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, investment committees, and key stakeholders within client and prospect organizations.
- Coordinate with US Investments sales leadership to align on revenue targets, pipeline priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of WTW’s wealth value proposition by providing market feedback, identifying emerging opportunities, and supporting new solution development.
- Act as a senior ambassador for WTW Investments, demonstrating thought leadership and representing the firm in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in investment sales, business development, or distribution within the wealth management, asset management, or investment consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset investing, portfolio construction, delegated investment/OCIO models, and investment solutions relevant to wealth clients.
- Proven track record of generating and closing complex investment-related sales opportunities.
- Ability to engage credibly with sophisticated investment professionals and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, product, research, and client teams.
- Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, and client-centric approach.
Location & Travel
This role may be based in a major US WTW office location, with flexibility depending on candidate profile. Regular travel is expected to support client and prospect engagement.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000– $250,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
