Description

WTW, a market leader in the pensions industry, is offering an excellent opportunity for an administration/administrator professional to step into a Senior Analyst role focused on project delivery and numerical analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reconciling figures, and contributing to clearly defined project milestones.

You’ll be closely involved in Defined Contribution investment change projects, supporting the reconciliation of asset movements and undertaking a range of detailed, numbers‑driven tasks to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule — including LifeSight implementations. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail and structured approach will be key.

Alongside completing your own work, you’ll also take responsibility for reviewing and checking the work of others, making this a great step for administrators who want broader exposure, increased responsibility, and experience in a project‑oriented environment.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, self‑motivated, and comfortable working with numbers, with a positive, proactive mindset. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working to deadlines, and collaborating with others, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills beyond traditional administration.

At WTW, you’ll be supported in a friendly, inclusive, and engaging environment, working alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration and quality. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, clear progression opportunities, and access to ongoing training and development to help you grow your career in project and analytical work.

The role operates on a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days per week in the Redhill office. To support training and onboarding, the first 2 months will involve working 4 days per week on-site.

If you’re an administration professional ready to take the next step into project‑based, numerical work within a leading organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and work with internal teams to resolve and document outcomes.
  • Assist in configuring funds within the administration system to support project and operational requirements.
  • Support the processing of regular monthly BAU asset re-registrations.
  • Take responsibility for the testing of investment change projects, ensuring that the changes implemented are in line with the agreed requirements, detailing findings, and observations.
  • Build and maintain strong technical, procedural, and client-specific knowledge through hands-on experience and learning.
  • Proactively identify areas where client service could be enhanced and communicate recommendations to the Team Leader.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that supporting details are extracted from the system to satisfy future audit requests and that all data is stored in line with work excellence guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.
  • Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas, and solutions.
  • Provide a professional, efficient service that meets client needs and reflects the WTW brand and values.
