You will be making an immediate and valuable contribution to a range of cross-industry client assignments. Working with market-leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants, you will:
• Collaborate on client-facing project work across industries, focusing on employee experience, pay, benefits, and career programs.
• Perform technical analysis and project management of small projects or workstreams.
• Support business development, client meetings, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to intellectual capital development, including research and sharing insights.
• Use your creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insights
• Draft reports and presentations that incorporate impactful data visualisation and storytelling for clients
• Broaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industry
• Learn and develop through coaching, feedback, and structured programs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Our analyst programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
• Bringing at least 12-18 months of work experience, preferably in consulting or HR
• A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind
• Comfortable working with and analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions
• A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Familiar, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks
• An active listener who can understand and respond to the needs of others
• Curious and eager to learn new skills and apply them to the ever-changing needs of our clients
• Committed to quality, continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards
• At least a Master degree in any discipline , for example economics, business administration, Human resources or psychology
• Fluent in English, Dutch language skills nice to have
