Description
Provide client and market broking support to our Singapore NR Power team and regional offices in Asia into the various insurance and reinsurance markets in Asia.
Provide client and market broking support to our Dubai / London office into the various insurance and reinsurance markets in Asia.
Work with insurance / reinsurance market leaders to set terms and achieve 100% market support behind these terms.
Negotiate wordings, clauses, terms, and other technical issues with both Clients and insurers / reinsurers.
Work closely with the allocated support broker to service and place insurance / reinsurance.
Coordinate administration and Closings with our Back Office team in Mumbai, ensuring an efficient and effective work process.
Work closely with our engineering and claims team to provide technical support to Clients and prospects.
All duties and work activities shall be undertaken in accordance with WTW Corporate Policies and Compliance Framework.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma (equivalent)
Polytechnic Diploma / University Degree
Skills:
The candidate must be fluent in English and preferably Mandarin to cater for Mandarin speaking Clients in Asia
The candidate must have knowledge and a good understanding of the Asia and London insurance market dynamics to enable efficient interaction and broking
The candidate must have a good understanding of the role of the broker by serving Clients needs in Asia but also working with insurance / reinsurance markets as stakeholders to our business
The candidate must have a deep understanding on structuring an insurance / reinsurance placement program and develop a broking strategy to meet Client needs, expectations and set targets
The candidate must work closely with the team to ensure an efficient flow of business transaction and communication between Clients / Markets / WTW
