We are seeking a FINEX Senior Associate to join our growing team at WTW. This role is ideal for a professional who aligns with our values and is committed to delivering differentiated, high‑quality service to our clients.

The FINEX department supports Corporate clients in designing strategies for risk assessment and risk transfer to the insurance market, with a strong focus on Professional Liability, Directors & Officers (D&O), and Cyber Risk insurance solutions.

As part of our dynamic and ambitious team, you will contribute your technical expertise, commercial insight, and client-focused mindset to help us deliver best-in-class advisory and brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop negotiation strategies with clients for renewals and new placements of insurance policies
Conduct technical reviews of policy wordings
Maintain ongoing relationships with national and international insurance underwriters
Prepare risk submission documents for insurers and proposal reports for clients in line with internal quality standards
Collaborate with WTW teams worldwide, ensuring alignment with global best practices and innovative solutions
Support clients in the day-to-day management of specialized insurance programs, including providing clarifications and negotiating contractual amendments
Assist internal teams in promoting FINEX solutions through presentations, meetings, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Management, or Economics
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the insurance sector
Strong team spirit and willingness to share and receive knowledge
Proactive mindset and strong ownership of tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English proficiency (written and spoken)
