The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Rewards Associate Consultant to deliver cutting-edge compensation consulting and data-driven insights for clients in the Bio Pharma and Life Sciences sectors, expand service offerings, and grow the client portfolio. Drive team growth and profitability through client relationship management and delivery of data-driven solutions. Join our team
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow client relationships across the full survey cycle.
- Drive development of survey and analytics offerings, leveraging AI-enabled tools for job evaluation and market benchmarking.
- Lead compensation projects including salary structures, pay assessments, and bespoke surveys.
- Provide expert data analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to proposals and industry trend reports.

Your Performance objectives are:
Excellence
- Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)
- Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet Excellence standards
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
- Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
Client
- Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums
- Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements
- Working with other consultants and the survey production team to deliver surveys and projects on time - and to meet or exceed client expectations by producing project plans and activity schedules, supporting job matching, pay assessments, compensation reviews, managing project correspondence, meeting notes, etc.
Financial
- Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals
- Support and drive the revenue growth of allocated industry sector or surveys
People - Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
- Work closely with Customer Services teams for end to end account management

Qualifications
The Requirements
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently. Ability to use own initiative and see tasks through to completion while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-Management & Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently while proactively seeking support when needed. A reliable and collaborative team player.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- HR & Compensation Expertise: Solid understanding of compensation and benefits, along with broader HR practices and frameworks.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Data Management & Analytical Capability: Experience in handling HR systems or pay review processes, or through survey/compensation consulting. Comfortable working with data, with strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with databases or statistical software is a plus. Numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
