Description
The Technology Consulting function within ICT provides consulting services related to WTW’s insurance technology software products and enterprise platforms. These services include technical sales support, solution design, software implementation, integration, project coordination, cloud and SaaS deployment support, data architecture, and technology-based consulting aligned with ICT offerings.
As an Associate Manager, you will support the implementation and integration of advanced insurance technology solutions for clients. You will work with senior consultants, project managers, product teams and client stakeholders to help deliver high-quality technology outcomes.
The Role
- Supporting the delivery of client implementation projects, including planning, coordination, documentation and follow-up of technical activities.
- Managing defined workstreams within moderately complex projects, escalating risks, dependencies and complex technical issues as appropriate.
- Acting as a technical point of contact for assigned topics, helping clients understand configuration, integration and deployment considerations.
- Supporting on-site and remote design, installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of enterprise software.
- Contributing to solution architecture discussions and recommending practical solutions based on client requirements and WTW product capabilities.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, including technical input for proposals, RFP/RFI responses and solution discussions.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, implementation notes and client-facing materials.
- Supporting technical workshops, client training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Sharing knowledge with junior colleagues and contributing to a cooperative, learning-oriented team environment.
- Building knowledge of WTW products, implementation approaches and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar technical or analytic discipline. Alternate experiences, degree subjects or professional certifications within the IT field will also be considered.
- Approximately eight or more years of experience in a technical, client-facing, consulting, implementation or software delivery role.
- Experience supporting the implementation, configuration or integration of enterprise software solutions.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply existing procedures and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Ability to understand, explain and document technical architectures, deployment models and integration approaches.
- Experience working with clients, project teams and technical stakeholders in a professional services or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage assigned workstreams, track actions, identify risks and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Ability to produce and review technical documentation.
- Eagerness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
- Experience working in an international, multicultural or bilingual environment.

Working knowledge of technologies relevant to enterprise software implementation, which may include Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Active Directory, REST/SOAP web services, .NET, cloud platforms, scripting, networking, data transformation or systems integration.
